The room was basic, at minimum. Faucet leaked the entire stay and there was no hot water when we showered. The wall was in the middle of being patched and it was just left undone. The towel rack fell off of the wall, the refrigerator temperature known knob was filthy. The only good thing was the location. Near fast food restaurants and a little bit of night life.

I checked in this hotel, opened the door, saw the gross carpet and the wear and tear of the carpet and furniture and checked out immediately. The hotel room was gross! The whole place felt unsafe and not kept up. The pool and hot tub is not open or available for use. I was informed about this when I was checking in and disappointed that it has been closed for months and not updated on the website. Do not stay here! Updates need to done!

Picked this hotel because of location convenience but wouldn’t stay there again. Lobby was nice but outside areas and room were very shabby- in need of paint and had chipped furniture. AC was unreliable and TV was fuzzy. Flimsy towels and bed was so-so; one lamp didn’t work and no second chair as was seen in room pictures.

Disappointed

We were shocked at the condition of the room. It was a king suite, with a kitchen. The room was large, but with very little furniture. One office chair, very worn furniture & carpet. Did not feel clean. Could use a paint job. Bed was uncomfortable. The sliding door to the balcony (also questionable) did not lock without messing with it. I dont usually post negative reviews, but this was a really uncomfortable stay. And, we had a part stolen off of our vehicle. So that discovery wasnt fun.

Not as advertised and dirty room on arrival

Paid extra and traveled farther for this hotel as it was advertised with pool and jacuzzi. We get there and both were empty and in poor condition. Once in the room there was food on the counters and trash on the floor, the toilet had urine on the seat and all down the side as well as on the floor. We asked for a different room that was clean and they were going to charge us more for the same room with a king instead of two queens. Ended up canceling and requesting a refund.

DO NOT BOOK HERE If you value your safety. We booked this property based on the photos and they do NOT depict the travesty of a motel that was presented to us. This place is literally off the freeway and looks like crackhead central. That says a lot considering we actually live in LA. The police had just left when we arrived and the pool/hot tub were stationed in the middle of the parking lot but, we couldn't even use it because it was tied off with police caution tape.We also could not get a refund or cancel our reservation because they have a no cancel policy and now we know why. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give it negative stars I would. This place should be shut down. I can't believe Expedia would even allow a property like this to have a listing on their site!

Call first if you want a pool

I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. They were both closed for repairs. The website should be updated. I would not have stayed here had I known they were unavailable.

Carpets were all torn up the first room we were put in smelled like dog pee the next one reaked like stale smoke carpets were all stained walls torn up there was food on the floor next to the nightstand like the carpet was never vacuumed definitely not shampooed. Bathroom door had claw marks like someone locked their dog in there. Advertisement shows pool and hot tub but it's all empty and taped off The staff was very friendly that's all i can say good

The pool was not working. No hot water in the shower. Paid for two kitchenettes for both rooms but got only one kitchenette. Check-in staff talked too much, took 30 minutes to check us in. Check-out staff took 20 minutes, looked like trouble with the computer and had to call manager for help. Will NEVER stay in Quality Inn & Suites again :( :( :(
