This is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to visit Annapolis but also come back to a quiet and cozy stay. Tiffany is a lovely host and the house is gorgeous. My bf and I stayed here for an anniversary trip - it’s about 15 minutes driving to the center of Annapolis and the property has an incredible lake view. Our bed was comfy, WiFi is great, and hot water galore. We will be staying here anytime we visit Annapolis!

We loved our stay here, and if we attend the Maryland Renaissance Festival again I can see us staying again. The only complaints I'd have is the microwave in our room didn't seem to work and the sink in the bathroom drained very slowly, but neither of those things diminished our experience. Thank you again for having us!

Wonderful Stay near Annapolis

Realy wonderful stay on the water near Annapolis, MD. Great hospitality, nice breakfast and realy wonderful surroundings. There is water access with a small beach and kayaks, canoes. You can see lots of boaters in the waterways.

A Superior BnB with a Wonderful Hostess

This was one of the best Bed and Breakfasts we have ever stayed at. Beautiful house overlooking the South River. Hostess Tiffany was wonderful and made the most amazing breakfasts! We didn’t want to leave.

This place was wonderful. The location was right on the water with views from every room and access to kayaks/paddle boards. The breakfast was amazing. The owner is very personable and friendly without being intrusive. This will be our go-to place for any future trips to Annapolis.

The Inn is a beautiful place overlooking the South River. The owner is a friendly and helpful host who goes out of her way to accommodate. She makes a delicious breakfast with more than a dozen dishes to choose from. It’s a relaxing, peaceful place to stay and only 20 minutes away from downtown Annapolis. We will plan to return.
