Excellent hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. The room was well designed so it felt quite spacious. It was very clean, seemed newly renovated, very comfortable bed, great shower and good wifi. Parking is a massive bonus.

Very good hotel with great staff

Very nice hotel. We had large and very comfortable room. The lighting at the one end of the room was not ideal. The garbage and recycling was small for empty water bottles. Very good location, 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. We had an issue for a plug for hairdryerand extended cord to front door outlet. The use of paper cups in the roomwas interesting but glasses at water station in the lobby. Overall great accommodating staff.

A real hotel with delightful staff

Just a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. Really professional staff, who were not just helpfull, they apoeared to be haapy, gaining pleasure from delighting their guests. Brand new, modern, well appointed and right in tbe centre if the town, just a great place to stay!!

Everything was super clean, neat and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extra but worth every penny. Only weird thing was that they literally had zero washcloths. We double checked. Having said that, they provided cute toiletries that had make up removers and pads. Still, washing my body with a hand towel did not seem eco friendly.

A very nice stay. Good access to the sights, but the Ile de Machines is easier by car, there is a large car park. We found the standard room, in the old hotel side, small and difficult to navigate at night! We would have liked to shut off the air conditioning, but apparently the master switch isn't obvious. Breakfast was pleasant. If you want to use the underground parking then call ahead to reserve, but space size and entry/exit would be a very BIG challenge for the large SUVs. Good for one night,not perhaps more. Less than a year old.
