The Male on Reception was lovely, really polite. The rooms didn't look anything like the photos. It was freezing in the room, i had to sleep with multiple layers on. There was no TV remote, The view from the window was horrible. There was a 21st birthday party, it was so noisy, and people sat on the steps drunk when we was trying to get to our room. The food at the restaurant wasn't great and the prices were high for the quality. I wouldnt return but the staff were lovely.
