This was a nice hotel. It's actually more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. The hotel was clean, well appointed. The staff was incredibly pleasant and kind. It is located adjacent to the university., Which was surprisingly quiet in the evenings. Hotel is also located close enough, approximately 1 mile, to the main center of Aix.

This hotel is great first of all the staff are excellent they let my family park for frre while we went out for dinner. Gave me advice on transport and restaurants. The room was lovely clean and the bed very comfortable. 6 minutes walk to railway station and about 10 from the centre of Aix. I am 80 and felt safe. The price is good too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything newly decorated and well designed. So happy I could open the window wide in my room. Liked the heated towel rack in bathroom. Friendly staff at reception. Hotel is close to train station. It is a bit out of the old town, about 15mins walk, with no food/shop options close. Room was spacious with kitchenette, was clean but not cleaned during stay (expected but just fyi as is extra). Fire alarm went off first evening but when down at reception they said wasn’t an issue and can return to room.

Very pleasant, fabulously comfortable bed and pillows, but if you are serious about cooking, find another aparthotel…no cooking utensils, saucepans without lids and nothing to clean the pots and plates (I enquired-they expect room service to do it, which is not very practical, nor very nice in my view).
