Building and grounds were clean and well kept. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and convenient. Breakfast buffet was not very good; very limited options and scrambled eggs were overcooked.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

The room I received is in the top 2 or 3 most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. My wife and I were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after one night. The sheets were obviously the same ones used by the previous guests. They had a lot of hair and many fresh stains. We asked for new sheets and pillow cases and had to change them ourselves. When we changed the pillow cases, the pillows underneath were disgusting. They need to be thrown out. We had to get more pillow cases to double them up on each pillow. The carpet was disgusting, there were roaches, and the chair in the room looked like it had just come from a dumpster. RUN, don't walk, away from this property until they can properly manage it and clean it.

We booked this room last minute and when we got there it was late, but once we were in the room the air conditioner was making a terrible sound that my spouse and I could get a good night sleep. We wanted to stay there because we had made some other reservation for the next 2 days so we wanted to stay in the same hotel.

The AC made a loud noises told the manager and he said maintain would repair it. Hav a video on the AC if you all want it a the next day After that said they fix it it did it again so we decided to leave and cut our vacation short. And it rain and 1/2 of the parking lots was flooded terrible

Should be condemned.

Our stay at Apache Casino Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. A huge thank you to Mauriceia at the front desk—she was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set the tone for our visit. After coming from a horrible experience at La Quinta, this level of service was a much-needed relief. We also want to recognize Surin, who was equally exceptional. Their warmth, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, but it was the people who made the difference. Thank you, Apache Casino Hotel—we’ll definitely be back and recommending you to friends and family!

The entire hotel smelled horrible, a putrid smell. The gym was out of service, pool looked disgusting and unclean as well. The room itself was not even properly prepared, the roll of toilet paper was mostly used up. Horrible customer service and unwelcoming.

Not terrible, but not great

We were first assigned a room right next to the elevator. We requested a different room and was given one. The problem is that our reservation wasn't updated with the new room, and the room was later assigned to another guest who tried to get into it at midnight. A few minutes later the door rattled again this time with the night manager. It really scarred me. I went to the door and told them that the room was assigned to us and the manager apologized. The next day I tried to use the exercise room. All the equipment was unusable except the one elliptical machine that someone was on. The hotel is a bit tired. The rooms could use some new paint and new curtains. At least it was in a central part of town. The staff was friendly.

We were glad to be able to get the handicap room with the walk-in shower because my husband and I both have issues that this helps. However, the shower was made in a way that the lip of it slanted down towards the bathroom floor, and the shower curtain Was about 10 inches above the floor. When we got through showering, the bathroom was almost entirely flooded. There was no way to avoid it. This could’ve been very dangerous, walking on the wet tile floor. I don’t know why the lip of the shower would not have been slanted towards the shower drain instead of out to the floor. And I don’t know why the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to hold the water in. I’ve never seen this happen in a La Quinta before. Definitely a design flaw. Some of the furniture was scratched as though it was old and there were scratches on the bathroom door and the front door and they needed painting and cleaning. Overall, everything was very clean though.
