Be aware, please
Customer service was below average which wasn’t as helpful or knowledgeable of the matters going on. We were double charged authorizations but they did void one out but at the expense of a difficult time checking out of the hotel due to poor management with lack of knowledge, understanding, and payments because they were holding our funds but also admitting to not withholding them. Management was raising her voice around our sleeping child and only was looking at her own views also threatening to call the police even when trying to resolve our issue. Always be aware of room charges for there were charges that weren’t ours. They also had a drunk old guy roaming the elevator area looking about for women and acting unruly. Tub had hair in the stall and grime still on the countertop.
