Fantastic customer service - very friendly from start to finish. The room was stylish and clean. Big bonus points for a nice shower! The bed didnt have a mattress topper, and instead had plastic protectors right under the sheet. This made sleeping pretty uncomfortable, making you feel you were sleeping on a bin bag. The missing mattress topper also meant that there was a big sharp gat in the middle between the two mattresses. But once I took the plastic off and slept.on just one side, it was all good.

We loved our little terrace. While there was not in a mini fridge in the room the staff was so lovely storing our butter before we left and grabbing us ice when needed. Lovely hotel. Would stay again.
