The room was clean and had surprisingly good sound barrier. In the hall, the room next door to mine was quite loud, but as soon as I entered my room I could not hear them at all. All the staff I interacted with was incredibly cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was simple, prepackaged items, coffee, instant oatmeal, granola bars, yogurt... The bed was firm and the a/c worked great. I'll absolutely stay again the next time I'm in Reno/Sparks.
