A pesar de hostentar seguridad para visitantes y que hicieron firmar, pedirle identificación una persona que me acompañó una velada después de cenar y explícitamente informarme que esa persona solo podría dejar el hotel con mi presencia y consentimiento fui drogado y robado en el hotel y la persona pudo salir incluso con las llaves de mi habitación! Mismas llaves que después querían cobrarme! Una experiencia pauperima y estoy totalmente convencido velador nocturno estaba en coalición pues intentaron incluso abrir la caja de seguridad. Felizmente hice una creación de denuncia no solo para la chica sino para el lugar que permitio esto e incluyo las pruebas

every time you want a cab to going back to the hotel? no one nows about the hotel coz is no name out side the hotel , well is a name but you can hardly se it , I get the 3 flor and you have to carried you luggage your self , no body help you , beside that is no intercom with the staff

Fabulous studio style apartment. Wish we would have had time to stay longer and settle into a routine. Easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. Only sore spot, some passed out drugged out types along the main streets.

Loved my stay here. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of walking distance restaurants. Excellent staff! Wish they had a vending machine or drinks and snacks for sale at the property. Will keep staying here for sure!

I was going to reserve more days thru hotels.com and they asked to reserve thru them only... i agreed because it was that or nothing.. they canceled my rervation the next day and asked i leave they were booked they said... very bad experience...

Property is well located, hard to find as it has a bushy small entrance and they do not turn on the SOMOS letters that are on the front. Staff is nice but can not resolve any issues. Check in was nice and smooth. Room located on the ground floor very humid and you can hear everything, 1 towel for 2 people did not have extra had to wait the next day which still they did not bring. Floor was dirty , bed is the worst hotel bed ever. No cable tv just streaming no biggy! They do not inform you that rooms are not cleaned have to pay 14 dollars a day to get it clean that is why the rate is so cheap. Good hot water and ac. Room felt damp. This place is good for backpacking people not for a regular traveler.

All I can say is that I was extremely satisfied with this stay. It was my first time in Colombia, I had no idea what I was getting myself into and I’m glad I picked this property. It was like having my own little studio Apartment in the middle of a beautiful city. Everything was walking distance or a short Uber away. The staff were super polite, accessible and helpful. The place was secure and any guest who came in had to show ID and get logged in. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to pay extra for the cleaning lady to tidy up your place, unlike hotels in America where they make the bed and change the towels daily etc. However I would recommend this place to all my family and friends and will definitely stay here again.
