We had a very short stay as we were visiting family in the area. We arrived after reception had closed but had clear info on the the key lockbox and how to access the room. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Thank you for a very comfortable stay we hope to see you again.

Gorgeous room. Kind and friendly host. Good location that allows easy driving to beautiful beaches, great country houses and accessory to groceries around Kings Lynn. A hidden gem in North Norfolk. Easy parking.

Good parking within the grounds of the house. A very warm welcome. Excellent spotless room, great bed and lovely linen. The owner greeted us, checked us in, showed us into the room, demonstrated how everything worked, offered to help us with dinner plans, taxis, super helpful and welcoming.

By far the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in, they’ve thought of everything! Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with White Company bedding, bedding smelled fresh unlike some where pillows smell fusty. Coffee bags, fresh milk (not UHT), cute little Dualit kettle, Noble Isle bathroom products, soft thick fluffy towels. I could go on - hats off to the owners you have nailed it. If I’m in the area again I would definitely return. Highly recommend 😊

Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help.
