When we arrived, Veronica at front desk, said we could only have 2 queen beds although I paid the upgrade price for one king bed. Through her professionalism, after seeing my reservation on my iPhone, she honored the one king bed. It seems Hotels.com is not sending the hotels correct information as to room type once a reservation is booked. If I pay for the upgrade, I would expect to receive the upgrade. Again, the Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and then the housekeeper, Jessica (?) went into the room to insure its readiness. That was appreciated and again, we felt this property was extremely well run.
