Modern Comfort & Great Location – A Wonderful Stay

My stay at **Aloft Tempe** was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts a **modern, stylish design** with a vibrant atmosphere that makes it stand out. Check-in was seamless, with **friendly and efficient staff** ensuring a warm welcome. The **room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed**, featuring a comfortable bed, a large TV, and a sleek workspace. The layout was both functional and stylish, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its **great location**, conveniently close to **Arizona State University, Tempe Town Lake, and Mill Avenue’s dining and entertainment scene**. It was easy to explore the area, whether for business or leisure. Overall, **Aloft Tempe exceeded expectations with its modern vibe, excellent amenities, and prime location**. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to travelers looking for a stylish yet comfortable hotel in Tempe!

Good for the price but nothing special

Nice style, beds were decent. Shower could use more water pressure and the hot and cold settings were “off”- hottest water came right between hot and cold. Room was chilly when we arrived but heater did warm it up. Front staff was helpful but didn’t seem happy to be there or looking to go beyond the basics of getting us keys.

Don't stay here

Suppose to have breakfast for 2 and paid extra for it and did not have it. Stated due to holiday but in the hospitality business this was a poor excuse. The coffee was beyond disgusting and the people working there were less than empathetic.

No air flow and noisy

Stayed for one night. The room was ok, the bed was good and everything was clean. Parking was $10 a night and wasn’t told to me until after I paid. There is zero airflow in the room, no bathroom fan or an open window or patio. The ac was too small to move the air. I showered and went out for dinner, when I came back after a couple hours the room was still muggy from my shower, hours before.

genuinely in awe...never again

Didn't allow my boyfriend and I to check in after having our flight cancelled and booking a late night overnight stay before our next flight in morning. I always choose Aloft hotels because I love the rooms and service and food is always amazing. We've never had this issue before. During our trip in a different city and hotel, the problem of me being 20 and not 21 arose but since my partner is 21 they were able to put him on the reservation and use his card as well, it wasn't a big issue. Not this one though, I think it's mostly the lady at the front desk at fault. She didn't seem to know what she was doing and after having to leave on foot at 3 am in the cold, and stay at a different hotel, I see we still got charged for the whole stay....I don't know how or why or what.

This hotel recently began charging all guests for parking to increase their profits. Parking charge+a fee+tax! Avoid this property, there are others in Tempe that aren't extorting their customers to increase their bottom line.

Very good but ….

Everything was excellent except for two things: 1) the coffee in the room was awful. 2) the noise from the freeway was constant and so became white noise But then would amp up to wake up levels when a motorcycle would race by. And there were at least five or more of them every night. Get an even numbered room
