We stayed for two nights to enjoy Chicago and the hotel was a great place to relax. The rooms were clean, towels were nice, beds were comfortable and the check in process was easy. The staff was certainly a highlight, especially the women at breakfast. The breakfast was tasty with a decent amount of options and a very enticing pancake machine. The hotel was walking distance, but also had a decent selection or restaurants and eateries near by. Check out The Rookery, Harrison Library (9th floor), and of course the Art Institute and the Bean.
