6/10 Good

Nice and roomy. Bathtub was awesome. Shower gel was empty, needed more towels and a blanket, had to go down to front desk and get them myself. Got a 12:00 late check out. Housekeeping came BANGING on the door nonstop, guess my late checkout wasn’t communicated

The room was very spacious and beautiful. Loved the soaking tub! It would've been nice to have the room lightly freshened the next morning. It helped that I was able to quickly request fresh towels. I look forward to visiting again soon!

8/10 Very good

The hotel was nice, and the rooms were spacious. While the furnishings were a bit dated, and the dresser and nightstand had mismatched drawers, the bed was extremely comfortable. Most of the staff were excellent and friendly, although one young lady seemed to have an unfriendly attitude. One of the elevators was also very loud and noisy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodations.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was excellent. Very clean and the bathroom had a tub and shower. Beds were super comfortable. There was construction all around the outside but didn’t affect the stay. Hallway smelled of smoke but not overwhelming. Great deal for the price
Verified review

4/10 Fair

The room looked impressive when I walked in but increased in disappointment as the stay went on. From weird stains on the furniture, walls, and curtains to tables not being wiped off to the tub dripping through the night, the room was suspiciously uncomfortable. And the pillows were so thick and hard that I felt like I was sleeping with my pillow doubled-over all night. The check-in desk employee was amazingly welcoming, personable, and friendly, but the joy stopped there. The casino was very smoky. The restaurant in the main area was at minimal menu before 11:00 - odd for a casino. And the salad I got from the grab-and-go fridge in the restaurant had vegetables so rotten that they melted under my touch. Really nice staff but terrible stay. Oh, and I thought I could smell coffee brewing in the morning but it was just the marijuana from another room.

8/10 Very good

Stayed 1 night..Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, coffee pot in our room was broken..let the front lobby registration desk know and she made a note of it and gave us 2 free cups of coffee instead of having to pay for it at the coffee bar in their lobby..didn't really enjoy the casino..smoking and small payouts..so didn't stay long

8/10 Very good

This hotel was exemplary in cleanliness and size of the room. It was large and the bathroom was over the top! The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the smoke smell in the “non-smoking” room. Also, I paid extra to be on the lake side, but very little of the lake was visible.
