The hotel is nice overall, good location, lovely Italian restaurant at the found floor, great spa (thank you, Mrs Krista) and great pool.
But dear Park Inn team, the 7th floor belongs to your hotel too. There was no carpet on the floor although funny thing is on the wall we had a painting with the history of our hotel room carpet. That’s not necessarily an issue, but the floor looked as if Wolverine was kept prisoner there. I regret not taking a picture.
There were no amenities whatsoever, again, not an issue. But for the shower, instead of the Hair & Body cream (proudly made by Dove for Park Inn), we had Hand cream, same as for the sink. They have green cleaning policy, but even if we let the mark on the door at 9:00 am, nobody came to our room for cleaning by 10 pm when we returned. So we had to go to the reception for clean towels. Ah, I forgot. Because they didn’t reply to the phone, so we had to go downstairs.
The bed was kinda soft, but ok. The towels were clean, but we had a hole in one. Also the mattress cover was dirty.
Not sure what else could have been more wrong in one room.
We arrived in a very good spirit, but the experience at your hotel was quite negative. We wouldn’t visit you again in the future. Hope this feedback helps you work on your minuses and don’t disappoint more customers
