酒店位置尚算不錯 在central station 去那裡都方便 去queen plaza 購物吃飯也多選擇 酒店設施就普通 房間有點小，跟日本的差不多 但係住了5個晚上，竟然有兩天沒有整理房間 有一天還是出門時提醒了front desk的職員還是沒整理 就算整理了，還是有各項東西沒有補充 酒店本身已經甚麼設施服務都沒有 連最基本整理房間也做不到，不能接受 唯一可取是front desk 的人尚算幫忙

Pretty close to CBD, however it's on a small hill which means you may find a bit hard to go there with your luggage from public transport. Staff are friendly and room is clean, generally, a good hotel to stay :)

Cozy, clean and simple with reasonable price.

The room is cozy, clean and simple. Well maintained and renovated. The staff is polite and friendly. The location is great, the central station and the city hall are within walking distance. However, this area is extremely quiet after 5pm. If you're going to somewhere busier with bars and restaurants you have to take taxi to valley.

Staff were friendly. Location is kind of convenient (about a 15 min walk to Queen St mall). Some maintenance was needed on the room. The toilet was slow to flush and making noises. We only stayed one night, so it was ok.

Rude Staff, No Privacy, and No Housekeeping

I stayed at the Mantra on Astor Terrace as it was the best option close to my workplace. I’d stayed before and had a poor experience, but decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this stay was worse. Based on my previous experience, I requested a quiet room but was given one on the first floor facing the street. While the road noise wasn’t constant, it started early and went late. The bigger issue was that the blockout curtains were about half a meter short of the opening. As a woman travelling alone, I felt uncomfortable! I was able to be seen from the complex across the street while sitting on the bed watching TV. I have never complained in a hotel before, but I went to reception to ask for another room and offered to pay for an upgrade. The staff member was rude and dismissive, insisting all rooms were the same — which clearly isn’t true. In my frustration, I then then asked for a drink to take back to my room and was told “the machine was unavailable”. I didn’t understand what he meant by that, but others were clearly enjoying beers in the area,. It felt deliberately unhelpful (or perhaps he thought a woman wouldn’t want a beer?) The room was small and not great to spend time in, and over three nights, it was NEVER serviced. I didn’t want the towel changed or bed making, but I do expect the bin to be emptied and the room refreshed. This wasn’t the worst hotel stay I’ve had, but it definitely doesn’t deserve its current rating. I wouldn’t stay here again.
The mold in the bathroom is notable
You can’t close the curtain any more than this. So you get to wake up with the dawn
It’s clearly a blackout curtain that covers most of the window, but I have block out if it doesn’t cover all of the window
It’s a very compact space and is very little room to work at the Desk space. This is also the only area to eat a meal.
