The hotel was renovated on the walls, but the furniture is all old including the AC that is noisy compared to modern AC. The staffs is terrible, i asked to keep my luggage and the bellboy never came... after waiting one hour i asked again and they call him and this time i just wait like 10min. The electronic key does not work, so i walked down for a new one. They reset the key but this does not work. Fortunately, the cleaning lady open the room for us. I ask for sending a new key... but it never came. So, typical complains that the staff ignore request is true. The hotel is overprice... for what you get. There is better options around. The check out i have to wait nearly until 3pm for my room... sounds fair right? Well not, turn out they got a room and even i was there waiting they do not give me any room until i asked. Overrall. I would avoid this hotel.

Ofrecen en la tarifa desayuno incluido y al llegar al hotel te dicen que es un desayuno continental y que solo es para los adultos (en mi reserva fue para 4 pax: 2 adultos 2 menores) Aun asi preguntas el costo de desayuno para los menores y es de $230 pesos o $250 en tipo bufet, ahora si los desayunos incluidos para los adultos los quieres cambiar a bufet el pago es igual de $250... es decir no te dan nada del supuesto desayuno incluido, quien en su sano juicio baja a desayunar sin sus hijos! No estoy en contra de pagar por un desayuno bufet pero si hice reservacion para 4 pax el desayuno debe ser para 4 y entonces si brindar la opción de pago para el desayuno bufet a gusto. Además en la habitación me dejaron solo 2 toallas llame a recepción a pedir las que faltaban y me dijeron que solo son 2 toallas por habitación y de nuevo hice mi reserva desde un inicio para 4 pax y se especifico no fue que llegue de sorpresa estaban registrados. La piscina estaba en mal estado el agua se veía turbia y diría media llena ya que no llegaba a los límites marcados. En otras ocasiones este hotel habia sido de mis favoritos me he quedado varias veces pero de verdad hoy esta terrible y abandonado y con estos cambios en sus servicios parece mediocre!
