When we were shown into the apartment, all i can say is WOW! What a view, what an aoartment, bith absolutelt stunning! Fran had also ledt me a beautiful hamper of bubbles & cheese, crackers & nibbles, and on our beds a bar of tobelerone! Amazing managers, stunning apartment, we will definately be back!

Location was good. Felt safe and place was clean. Our unit had great views with a large balcony. Property was rated 5 star with a price to match. But the condition in our unit was not five star. Our bed in the master bedroom sank in the middle leaving me with a bad lower back pain. The ceiling with holes where the fans were moved should have been patched. The lounge furniture was old and therefore uncomfortable for tv viewing. The staff at reception (Paul & Francine) were excellent in their service.

Paid for different property and got completely different one (not included in photos that advertised that unit). Owner/manager created drama because we asked for baby cot. We were in apartment 34 and had the most amazing views. It felt like we were on a boat on the water with 180 degrees panorama views. The apartment was incredible too, the most spacious and opulent we've ever stayed in. It was a sheer joy and perfect for a honeymoon. So close to the heart of Airlie Beach with great shopping and dining. The hotel had a call button to bring a taxi promptly within 5 minutes generally and a one-way fare was only around $7-8 on average into town. Onsite management, Francine and her husband were the perfect hosts. So friendly and helpful which made our stay even more a pleasure. A honeymoon package greeted us in our apartment with champagne and various treats which was very kind. We would definitely return in a blink of an eye and recommend this accommodation to anybody looking for a very special place to stay in the heart of the Whitsundays!
