This is an older hotel that has been nicely updated. It was clean and bed was firm but comfortable. A hot breakfast was newly started and the eggs were better tasting than alot of other smaller hotel buffet types . Staff was very helpful and willing to help with any needs. We would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. You could tell the rooms had been updated. Things were clean, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was simple but good. The pool wasn't open yet, so I can't speak on that. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I saw some of the negative reviews and was a bit nervous, but everything was great! We did online check in, our room was ready on time, and it was very nice! My only complaint was that the fridge had open items left by a previous guest. Otherwise, we loved the jetted tub and sauna, the bed was comfortable, and everything else was fine. Checked out online as well. I would definitely stay here again! And being pet friendly, maybe next time I'll bring my dog!

The staff was courteous and friendly, but not very available (and possibly understaffed). Rooms were clean and newly decorated in cute, retro mid-century/1980s style. Yet the flooring and walls were thin and bathroom fixtures felt flimsy. Everything in the hallway could be heard in our room. Bed and linens were uncomfortable and not great quality.

We were part of a group staying in multiple rooms. 2 parties had to be moved to other rooms because of slow drains. One party peek the sheets back to find many black hairs on the sheets. House cleaning came immediately, however the the guests were told that the cleaning people were foreign & DIDN’T ALWAYS CLEAN THE SHEETS BETWEEN GUESTS IF THEY APPEARED CLEAN!!! Our room also had hair in all the corners & around the moldings. Our shower leaked horribly causing a significant puddle in our bathroom that we had out all the towels on the hold back the water from spreading throughout the bathroom. The top of the faucet handle would come off when you pushed the handle back to turn the water on. It was probably one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in decades of travel.

The bed sheets are not clean. I tried to notify the staff regarding the issue, but couldn't find anyone (I think it was a little after 11 pm; I understand it might be too late). We ended up using the towels to cover the bed.

Very satisfied with our stay here. The property is comfortable and quiet, pet friendly and included both a jetted tub and a sauna in the room. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly. Lots of dining options and shopping close by too. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.
