The property was very dirty. There was a leak in the bathroom and no hot water. There was no soap in the bathroom. The floors, the toilet, and the shower were messy. Also, the elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the stairs just to the second floor but it is a tall building not sure if it has 6 or seven floors. The hotel is in a great location but not worth it for the high price.

Fue una buena estadía en general, pero, lamentablemente, el hotel está en condiciones muy pobres. Lo malo: - La entrada está demasiado abierta y sin vigilancia. - Las áreas generales del hotel son fácilmente accesibles para cualquiera. - Los interiores del hotel se ven muy descuidados, aparte de que encontré una que otra cucaracha en la alberca. - Ni el salón de eventos ni el restaurante están en funcionamiento, lo que le resta atractivos en el Hotel (que a excepción de la alberca, no hay ninguno, por cierto). - La fachada del exterior se ve también descuidada. - No dejan botellas de agua, que es un aspecto elemental en todos los hoteles. Lo bueno: - La habitación tiene buen tamaño y el aire acondicionado funciona excelente. - La habitación tenía una temperatura agradable y tolerable, incluso sin tener el clima encendido. - El personal es atento y responsable. - La alberca tiene muy buena disponibilidad de horario. - La limpieza de las habitaciones es buena. - El servicio de taxis es muy bueno y puntual. - La ubicación está cerca de muchos negocios y restaurantes atractivos. La razón por la que menciono todo esto no es para perjudicar la propiedad, al contrario, es un buen hotel y tiene potencial, por eso, espero que la propiedad se fije en estos aspectos y se preocupe en mejorar y darle el mantenimiento que merece. Todavía pienso que es un buen hotel, pero no para una estadía prolongada. Espero que mejore y que el Hotel Acuario se vuelva más próspero.
