Não entendi como um hotel da rede Comfort pode oferecer uma experiência tão despreparada. Já me hospedei em outras unidades da rede e sempre fui muito bem atendido, mas, desta vez, a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Estive em Goiânia por um final de semana e, ao fazer a reserva, constava apenas que o hotel aceitava pets. No check-in, fui surpreendido com a cobrança de R$ 152,00 por diária para hospedar meu cachorro, um valor completamente desproporcional. Se eu soubesse previamente desse custo, teria deixado meu pet em um hotel especializado, com muito mais conforto e cuidado. O problema não foi apenas o valor abusivo, mas também a falta de transparência e o despreparo da equipe. Ao questionar a ausência dessa informação na reserva, a atendente simplesmente ignorou a situação. Em seguida, pediu que eu assinasse um documento com regras para hospedagem de pets, no qual constavam benefícios como caminha, roupa de cama especial, petiscos e recipientes para água e comida. Nada disso foi disponibilizado, mesmo após eu solicitar. A atendente ainda teve a infelicidade de perguntar se o cachorro “latia”. Faltou apenas perguntar se ele também falava inglês, francês e alemão. O quarto também deixou muito a desejar: aspecto antigo, pouca manutenção, ambiente escuro, lâmpada queimada, wi-fi péssimo e forte cheiro de mofo. Para completar a experiência desagradável, no check-in ainda perguntaram se eu e meu marido gostaríamos de ficar em um quarto com camas separadas,

Tive um problema no estacionamento que estava cheio de lama, o que demanda uma atenção na falta de cuidado com os blocos perfurados que, por causa da chuva, estão desnivelados e cheios de lama escondida. Quando pisamos, a água que está abaixo dos blocos espirra lama, sujando os calçados e a barra da calça de quem anda no local. Infelizmente, tive a roupa suja de lama por causa da falta de manutenção.
