Disappointing accommodations for a Marriott. I booked two rooms and the AC units in both rooms were not working properly - the rooms were very warm when we arrived. When I called the front desk to report this issue, the staff member did not seem surprised to hear it and informed me they were fully booked that night so we could not switch rooms. Awhile later, he called back saying we could switch rooms, but by then my two young children were in bed and we had unpacked and I was hoping the AC simply hadn’t been turned on long before we arrived and would cool down over night. Unfortunately it did not, and my dad’s room was even warmer than mine. This was in rooms 312 and 313. Also, the TV in one of the rooms was very old; it worked on day 1 (albeit very slowly) but didn’t work at all the next morning and we noticed the TV was cracked in both top corners. No water bottles were provided in the room or at check in.
