Clearly and not five star hotel, not even four. The list is too long, but we have already made a formal complaint with Expedia, which is being investigated.
As an example, one of my children was called to one side by a security person in a remote part of the hotel, asking him for a coffee and a croissant.
I only discovered this by chance, as I was walking in the area and saw my child carrying a hot coffee.
One reported this to the management, they apologised but did not look like this was a big issue for them.
Nobody seemed to care, the hotel was probably last updated 20 years ago and corrupt employees used every opportunity to sell services which were already included in an all-inclusive package.
I cannot believe it is a Marriott. I know their standards, and this is not one of them.
