Pros -new -very clean -modern luxury accommodations -great customer service -easy check in -nice water park and amenities -max 25 min drive to Disney even in moderate traffic Cons -They’ll need to update some of their brochures with accurate closing times for amenities -advertised dezerland game card but no longer offered -one of the arcade games in home didn’t work/turn on -pool slide door had to be corrected so we could get out on one side

Great space for the entire family, but it took 2 days for the house to cool down from the Florida heat, the sink water in the bathrooms never got hot or even warm, the living room ceiling fan didn't work, there was no dish rack or kitchen towel for hand washed dishes, and no window blinds or anything for privacy in the master bath window.

Property was overall very nice! Everything was clean and beds very comfortable. The only issue was the electrical outlets in the bathrooms did not work. Also, property is about 25 minutes from Disney parks so keep that in mind if you are planning a Disney park day.

Staff was very helpful with any issue or inquiries. The space looked exactly the same as shown on the website. I arrived an hour earlier than the 4:00 check in time. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
