Please be very alert when dealing with the check-in staff. I found their responses to be inconsistent and, in some cases, misleading. Each staff member seemed to give me a different explanation and sent me from one person to another without resolving the issue. I was repeatedly given assurances that the matter would be corrected, but those assurances were not followed through. I feel that I was deliberately misled, and this caused unnecessary frustration, inconvenience, and financial loss.

I have always enjoyed staying at Alisa Hotel whenever I visit Ghana. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Osu, the airport, and other key areas of Accra. The food at the restaurant is consistently delicious, and the customer service is among the best I have experienced. Mrs. Vida Opoku consistently demonstrates professionalism, genuine care for guests, and a deep knowledge of hospitality. Staff and managers like her are a major reason why I continue to choose Alisa Hotel whenever I visit Accra. One area that could use improvement is the gym. Some of the treadmills appear outdated and would benefit from being upgraded or replaced. Overall, I highly recommend Alisa Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service in Accra. It remains one of my preferred places to stay whenever I am in Ghana.

Loved the free shuttles to and fro the airport. We had an early flight and left the hotel at 5am on the hotel’s shuttle and it was so thoughtful and nice of Irene, at the Front Desk, to have arranged breakfast packs for me and my family. He a great time at your hotel.
