Nice clean very economical hotel. Longer stays would be a great place to stay with stove top frig and microwave

The room they gave me was dirty. There was hair and other things on the pillow and sheets. They gave me a different room that looked like they at least had clean sheets. I stayed in this hotel a few times a few years ago and it was pretty nice. Overall it is very dirty looking now, the walls , doors, carpet,etc.

The service was terrible, about didn’t get the rooms that was reserved, staff was not socially. Plus the 2nd night stay no tv service at all and for the cost we paid I should have got some sort of a discount. Will not stay again or recommend it to anyone.

Got there to check in and the door was locked. Said to pick up phone for service which I did and the lady stood in the breakfast area for 10 minutes stocking shelves while the phone just rang so loud I could hear it outside. Finally was let in and was greeted with her rude demeanor. Upon trying to check in I was told the need an id for everyone staying in the room so I had to go out side to get my wife Id. Then I got to do the fun part of waiting to get back in. Finally was checked in and handed some room keys. Went out to park and grab stuff from vehicle. Upon trying to go inside the cards did not work. After making it to our room finding out the cards did not work. Went back downstairs and got new cards that didn’t work also. The front desk clerk had to come use a key to let us in the room. Was told if we needed to leave she would have to let us in every time. Once inside found that room 317 the bed was firm on one side and spring loaded on the other side. One wrong move and you would get bounced off the bed. Ask for a new room and was told there were none even though I had the option to reserve one in hotels.com still. This place was and embarrassment to hotels. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here. Stayed at Motel 6 south on the way home and had no issues at all. Motel 6 was cheaper, cleaner, friendlier. Motel 6 south is an indoor style room as well.

They did not honor my prepaid confirmed reservation. Some lady from the front desk called jyst before 11:00 PM , as I was 4 miles away, to tell me they were sold out and couldn't honor my reservation. She didn't care if tge reservation was prepaid or not. Said it wasn't her problem. Then she simply hung up leaving me without a room. I hope they enjoy the money they stole from me.

I pick this hotel because of the rating. Very disappointed. The bed was comfortable. The property is very run down. Breakfast is not provided, unless you consider oatmeal and coffee breakfast. The desk employee was very helpful.

Nothing in our room worked such as the microwave, stove, alarm clock. The fridge had a dirty cleaning rag inside it. The bed boards where filled with dust good luck even leaning against those. The best where horrible just sleeping on springs basically. I booked for 4 nights stayed just 1 and checked out it was so horrible and they refuse to give me a refund. I do not recommend staying here at all. Not to mention the hallway walking to our room was filled with screws and debri. It was disgusting.

The check in was great. Staff friendly and efficient. Lobby was clean and nice. Our room 314 had debris on the carpet in hallway. Inside the burners were on the top of counter. Counters and floors felt dirty. We were only there to sleep and the bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom clean and great shower. Got our good nights sleep and went on our way.

The stay was great super quiet. Although on the floor I was on there was no daily housekeeping. In front of on of the doors you can tell they was doing renovations because there was paint chips in the same spot all weekend. Front desk personal was amazing, very welcoming and helpful.

I had reservations for 2 rooms. Our plans changed and I attempted to cancel one of the room reservations but the Expedia site just got stuck processing the request and never completed it. No phone number is provided for customer service. So not happy with the Expedia transaction at all.
