Very conveniently located and spacious. 5 minute walk to get the local bus to the Disney Parks and there is a supermarket 10 minute walk away. Instructions from host were easy to follow and access is available 24/7. Room was very clean and comfortable

The place smelled like mold when we arrived. Had to open the window. The internet didn’t work the first night and there needs to be better instructions for the shower that leaks. One shower head should be used instead of the other. When asked for more towels they said they would bring but didn’t do what they said. The place is a great location distance wise for Disneyland Paris. Transit is near by and easy to get to and from.

Le grand li super très confortable le trio de lit superposé vue mes problèmes de poids d’arthrose à ra le sol cetais pas adapté pour moi si non dans l’ensemble un conseil vous parler avec l’hébergent directement et signaler toute chose cassé abîmé il est compressible. Réservation confirmée par Hotels.com sauf que aucune nouvelle de l'hôte depuis la reservation, personne injoignable selon les coordonnés données...A notre arrivée, personnes ne répond au téléphone, mail inactif, personne de présent, après 30 minutes d'attente devant le logement nous sommes partis à la quête d'un autre hébergement avec 3 enfants !!!!! Je suis en colère et là l'hôte qui me contacte via WhatsApp pour le règlement non mais sérieusement...

Nous avons loué cette chambre d'hôtel pour aller à Disneyland, c'est à 15min en voiture. Chambre propre, très (trop parfumé). Nous avons débranché l'appareil qui envoie cette odeur dans la chambre. Et avons vite compris que c'est pour cacher les odeurs de remontées d'égout de la salle de bain. La chambre se trouve à la place du garage dans la maison. Peut-être que les odeurs sont liées à ça ? L'endroit est très calme. La chambre très propre. Café et thé fournis. Parcontre ! Nous devions recevoir un code par mail à 16h00 pour entrer dans la chambre. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 18h00, nous n'avions toujours pas de code. Le propriétaire ne répond à aucun mail, ni même aux appels ! Nous avons fini par recevoir ce code à 18h45. De plus, j'ai reçu un message me demandant de payer la réservation via un lien, chose que j'ai faite. Seulement, quelques heures plus tard, je me suis aperçu que le prélèvement avait déjà été fait automatiquement la veille sur mon compte bancaire ! Je n'ai même pas été prévenue. Pourquoi donc me demander d'effectuer le règlement si c'est déjà prélevé automatiquement ?? Et j'ai beau envoyé des mails pour savoir comment se passe le remboursement. Je n'ai toujours aucune réponse du prolétaire !!
