The hotel is maintained nicely and it is visually appealing. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Our coffee maker wasn’t working and a maintenance member brought a replacement within ten minutes. He waited to be sure it would work, while I tried ti make a cup. It didn’t, so I’m glad he stayed. He gladly went and secured a brand new coffee maker and more coffee supplies which worked well. That was great customer service.

The only negative is that with the temperatures hovering around 45-50 last night, there was no coffee in the restaurant to have with our dinner !
