Nice room

We got a nice room with a great view at a good price. Everything was clean. The pool was nice. I wish the jets on the hot tub had been working properly. I tried to turn them on but no luck. I asked about a late check out but was told I would have to call back in the morning which would have completely defeated the purpose of the late check out for us, which was so we could sleep in longer. Lol. But overall this was a really nice place right on the beach. There was a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Staff are wonderful and everyone goes the extra mile. Hotel is spotless and room was huge with balcony overlooking beach. Steps to beach from pool area. Beach is beautiful. We walked to the main pier one night but it is a fair distance and busy. We ate at Crabby’s and LandShark and both were good. If you drive south to sunglow pier there is a great restaurant called Crabby Joes.

Hotel rooms are outdated. They say they have Continental Breakfast but it’s only muffins and coffee, that is not a Continental Breakfast. Staff seemed like they did not want to work, every request seemed like a “bother” or an inconvenience for them. Not impressed at all with this hotel. There’s not even an iron in the room! Won’t be staying here again and I only stayed one night!

A mi entender tenia una habitación con vista al mar y fue una habitación con una vista lateral al mar. Con desayuno incluido y fue un dulce solamente con café americano, que cuando fui el primer día quedaba un panque solamente. Nadie te atendía y era solo panque lo había.

Aaron checked us in! He was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Our room was great with a beautiful view. Right on the beach with the pool overlooking it. Perfect for a long stay as it’s equipped with a stove and refrigerator. Will definitely be coming back.

Overpriced and definitely overrated in the ap. The rooms were old with broken tile and very dated. I chose this location based on the stars it received but it was disappointing to say the least. Front staff rude and not helpful. Was given a low room facing a wall and parking lot when description says all rooms have a beach view! Book elsewhere.

La experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena, la unica recomendación es reparar la puerta de da hacia la playa porque no cierra y entra mucha gente que no esta hospedada en el hotel y entraba gente drogada a las instalaciones de la picina y es muy peligroso para familias como nosotros que venimos en familia y con niños, Espero que corrijan ese problema para que podamos seguir reservando en ese hotel

Great & Clean

The hotel was so clean. The people were so friendly. I loved how much seating there was at the pool usually there’s only a few tables with umbrellas, but they had so many. I don’t really have any complaints about my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
