First time in NOLA

Had a great stay staff was great, the room was nice, my bed was comfortable although my friend said the pull out not so much. Nice rooftop area with a grill and access to a vending machine & ice machine. The walls are paper thin though my friend sneezed and someone in the hallway said "god bless you" we laughed it off. There is more than one building to this hotel so I'm not sure if other rooms are quiter but all & all had a great stay!

Great location and clean

We stayed for 5 nights. Great location. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Amenities were great. Washer/dryer available for use with detergent. Everything was kept very clean and comfortable. The only downfall was that the garbage bins outside were emptied every morning between 3-4am. It was extremely loud in our room (#334) as the bins were below our window. Other than that, only the basic street noise as to be expected facing Canal St. The patio upstairs was clean and lots of seating. Staff were super friendly. We would stay again.

Great weekend retreat or extend stay

We loved this hotel. It was very accommodating. Easy to access and accessible to lots of venues in and around the quarter and downtown area. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful Hotel

Quaint and comfortable. Fun atmosphere and great staff. Only downside of the stay was the 3am dumpster run… woke us suddenly. Noise from that and street level car noise was hard to rest through.

Great room with a full kitchen in a great location right off Canal. Only complaint would be no parking on site. You have to purchase a parking voucher and park at another hotel two blocks away

To much noise!!!!

The beds are very hard and very uncomfortable. One of the tv remotes didn't work so we had to ask for a replacement one. We didnt get much sleep due to all the noise out side our window. If you don't care about staying up all night then this is the place for you.

The perfect location and friendly staff

Great hotel right in the French Quarter. Not too loud, but easy walking to Burbon Street, French Market, downtown, and Ceasars casino. We got unexpectedly upgraded to a balcony sweet overlooking Decatur and got to watch the St Patrick’s parade from our balcony. Not a mega hotel which was nice, and the staff were amazing. Would definitely be back to this hotel.

Great for Mardi Gras

Stayed here for 4 nights around Mardi Gras in a 1 bedroom room. 10/10. Loved our stay from start to finish. Rhianna checked us in and she was wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The lobby and room were clean and decorated in a fun way. Sofa actually comfortable which we find rare in hotels. Kitchenette had a toaster, mini fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes and utensils. No oven or stove fyi. Tv in bedroom and living room. Ac worked great. Bathroom and shower were both a good size. Tons of storage space with multiple closets and drawers. I do think there could be more lights or brighter bulbs in the livingroom/kitchen bc they don't have windows but it wasn't a big deal. The bedroom had a big window, no view but lots of light. Location was amazing right on edge of the quarter so we walked everywhere and of course we were close to most parade routes. The 4th floor had a roof terrace and it was pretty with a bunch of tables and a grill. We did hear a lot of noise from outside but it was Mardi gras so that was a given. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Small room, but able to accommodate family of 4 with separate bedroom and sofa bed. Would stay here again. Nice wet bar with coffee, micro and refrigerator.

Great

Great location. Peaceful & quiet inside. Looks like an apartment as opposed to a hotel. Very clean and staff were great. The outdoor space on 4 is pretty and peaceful. Free washing is a bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

A great location.

The location was perfect for what we needed: situated on the edge of the French Quarter at Canal Street. The suite was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was there were no bed linen for the sofa sleeper. We checked with the front desk and they told us where to find it but that location was empty. As it was very late we just split the queen bed linens and called it a night. I'm sure the staff would have helped had we pursued it that night. Without a doubt this hotel has become our new New Orleans French Quarter destination.
