Poor service overall

There was trash in the parking lot, exterior trash cans were full and dirty hallways. Employee that checked us in was indifferent and unfriendly. We were told breakfast was served from 6:00 to 9:00, by 7:00 there was not much left and nothing was ever replenished.

There are better options in town

We are all for staying in a moderate hotel and spending on our adventure, but skip this hotel. 1st thing in the door Fire system is down and we were not notified before we arrived so we could decide it this was okay with us. 2nd after a long day seeing the area we come back to cold showers. It was 12 am so there wasn't a lot of people moving at that time, and didn't get better the next night. Breakfast is fruit and waffles options. No proteins or variety so we went out. The room was clean, but the floors were sticky from the cleaner we hope so bring socks to wear. On the last night our ac stopped working. The hotel is in need of an update sure, but that's no reason for no hot water. The are enough other hotels in the area give this one time to get fixed, but we'll never stay here again.

Clean linens

The room we stayed in had a hole in the wall where someone had opened the door too fast or hard and the handle hit the wall… the repair method was to stuff a tissue in the hole. The floor in the room didn’t appear to be swept out (laminate flooring) and the shower obviously had a bar in it at one point. The sink was missing the drain plug. When we used the shower there was a dark colored water that went down the drain the first time. The counters were clean as were the linens but that is the best that can be said. Breakfast was not impressive, even sub-par for a “free” continental breakfast. The pool was “out for service” and was the only pic I took of the room.

The floor in the room was sticky. Toilet was not working properly and kept filling. Bath faucet had a drip. Floor smelled like skunk!

My stay was average. I will say don't stay in room 207 because a man clearly marked his territory on the chaise. They didn't bother to try to clean it. Gross.

Deceptive Pet Fees

Check in required additional fees not listed on their website. Pet fee was per dog not per stay. Website says 25 USD for up to 2 pets not to exceed 75 USD per stay. Night clerk did not speak with Management nor did Manager call as promised. Cancelled my return stay. Rather than fixing entry into a side door (which has a key card reader), they called it “exit only”. Not marked as such.

Check in was easy. Staff was not friendly but not rude or anything just to the point. Fast to check in. Room was comfy and big. Bathtub needed cleaning and the sofa couch needs to be cleaned but overall it was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast options were ok. Hit breakfast was available. Staff was quick to refill foods when it was empty. Thank u for the great service.

Not so clean

The floors in my room did not look like they had been swept or mopped in some time. I woke up to a bug that looks like a cockroach in the bathroom the first night and then the second day when I got back to my room there was a second bug in the bathroom. The front desk didn’t seem too concerned about the bugs and said they would let housekeeping know. The floor by the shower felt like it was about to give way when walking on it. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.
