The place is huge! it has different rooms and everything that you will need. We were 4 people and we had a lot of room. We didn't use the kitchen but you have everything that you need, kettles, cutlery, pans, glasses, etc. The location is also amazing, it's walking distance from everything, we didn't have to use public transport at all. If you are going through MXP airport, the train station is a 5 min walk from the place. We arrived at the train station past midnight and we felt safe walking to the place, within 10 minutes we were already in bed. Overall: easy to get in the place, walking distance from everything, clean and tidy, massive space.

The bad: the check in process. It’s complicated and involves several emails back and forth. Also, no one reads comments in the comments section of the check in process. The room wasn’t ready upon arrival. The cleaning was completed 1-1/2 hrs late. Leaving was bad. There are several doors that lock inside the building before getting to the room. Normally those doors are unlocked during day. We left on Sunday. Some doors we could exit and others no. We got locked in the atrium knocking on doors and ringing doorbells trying to get help to get out. Finally someone came through the front door and opened the atrium door so we could escape. The phone contact is not on what’s app. We didn’t have other phone service. Also, the mattress and pillow was terrible. The good: washer and dryer. Spacious overall but a strange layout.

My only complaint is that I was unable to get a hold of an agent from the company from what hours of 7pm to 9am. As a tourist from another country I had pertinent questions to ask and there should be SOMEONE available to answer these questions. At all the other Italianway places that I stayed this vacation, I was able to communicate with someone. The rental was FUN and AMAZING! We loved it!

El sistema de ingreso es horrible, poco practico y solo puede hacerlo la persona que recibio el mail, los otros que estan en el dpto no. No te contestan nunca el teléfono de la empresa que supuestamente es 24 hs , no tienen WhatsApp para consultas o urgencias. Ingresas al patio lleno de tachos de basura de un restaurante. Envias un mail consultando sobre el check out y te contestan 2 horas después que te fuiste. No te dejan ni detergente para lavar los platos. NO VOLVERÉ Y ES UNA LASTIMA QUE ESE DPTO SE OFREZCA EN MILAN.

Recibimos una atención increíble del equipo, la propiedad limpia, bien mantenida, buena decoración, buena ubicación. En nuestra percepción, nos hubiera gustado saber que no tiene elevador, no lo vimos en los detalles de la propiedad. Un área de mejora es que los botes de basura del edificio están en la puerta de las escaleras de acceso. Además encontramos muchos mosquitos.
