The staff was incredible at this location. They were always friendly and helpful and offer advice as to better ways to do things. My daughter had her 13th birthday and they send up chocolate covered strawberries with crushed white chocolate. We sued the gym and pool and bother were impeccable. One of the best hotels I have every stayed at.

Came to celebrate my birthday and immediately greeted with big smiles from the door host, glass of Prosecco at reception and the most amazing staff Zak and Sean. Zak was really attentive, so kind and seemed genuinely happy to help. Usually you can tell it’s forced at some hotels I’ve stayed at but Art’Otel EVERYONE was 10/10. Again I’ll be honest I’ve only really experienced this level of staff care abroad (definitely not in London). Kingsley and Alec were also great, any questions was answered but I also love that they give you space to roam around, relax and enjoy the hotel. One to one human care, kindness and giving is big on my list and made the stay well worth the price tag and honestly priceless. Definitely would recommend and will be seeing me again.
