I booked the family room with 2 bedrooms, but it was 2 rooms side by side, with no connection. Luckily it was my 18 year old nephew next door, but if it was younger kids, I would not have been comfortable with it. The location was amazing with buses and trains to anywhere in Paris. We were able to check in early and check out late without extra cost. Ahmed gave us an impeccable customer service. Service with a smile. All our request before our has been granted. The hotel has clean room, fluffy towels, good variety and quality breakfast. Great location. Good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Adorable and super convenient

A convenient lovely place right next to the metro and buses. The room and bed were very comfortable. A beautiful view from my window. I loved my stay. I also traveled with a hiking backpack so I didn’t have to manage having a lot of luggage or toiletries. If you were traveling with a lot, there is plenty of space to unpack if you’re organized. I highly recommend this place. I didn’t really need service until I needed a taxi upon leaving, and they had one for me in 10 minutes. I’ve posted photos of my adorable room. There is a street right outside and I slept with my window open and ear plugs for the traffic noise.

A disappointment.

In short, this stay was a disappointment. The room wasn't ready on allivel at 4PM and the AC didn't work in one of the rooms throughout the stay. One attemps at repairing it did no go any further. Reception staff during weekdays was very friendly, but the weekend receptionist should consider consider whether the service industry is a right path. Location is great, but rooms are too cramped.

aire acondicionado con 17 grados y tener solo calefacción y que la única solución a abrir una ventana xq de octubre a abril no tienen aire acondicionado , lo volvió en momentos insoportable ya que son habitaciones pequeñas , luego todo es muy bueno el desayuno , la atención durante el día ; el servicio de café agua , la limpieza diaria ,ñ, el baño con tina y regadera que vale mucho luego de un día de turismo ; en definitiva la falta de aire repito me dijeron que es por temporada es lo único que me lo hizo raro , xq el hotel debe entender que hay gente que está acostumbrado a otras temperaturas , no todos quieren calefacción
