We were booking this stay for our Whale Watching trip to Brier Island. A friendly check in, clean rooms, parking space, good breakfast and quiet rooms. Some part of the furniture (Seats) must be changed. Was old and dirty. Shopping Center in the area. Would book this again👍.

Terrible smell on bedding. Smelled sour, like it was left in the washer while wet. Had to put my night gown in the trunk and buy a new one to use because it smelled awful. The back door was located in our room and had no curtain over the window! Had to stand two pillows on the back of the chair to get some privacy. Small print read that if you “self clean” your room, you won’t be charged a $13 cleaning fee. There were many other things that made us feel that it was way overpriced to stay in this room. I would not recommend staying in this place. We were very disappointed.

It was really quiet and clean, older but it is in a good location. The bed was really comfortable. No mirror in the bathroom was a little odd but I made it work.

Do you like your hotel room to be warm and cozy when it’s -21 degrees out ? Then don’t stay here! While the room was clean there was no secondary heat source to the heat pump. Our hotel room was between 1 and 13 degrees over night as it was -21 Celsius over night. We have tried to get refunded because $177 for a night in a hotel with no heat is not only unacceptable but also illegal. We attempted to get a refund but the hotel is refusing.

Clean & comfortable room, Nice large fridge and freezer, what we didn’t like about our room is that the bathroom & shower was outside (still private) of our room and room temperature was not warm at all. (15’c)

Was disappointed with what was supposed to be the Honeymoon Suite, Was not much more than a standard room. Could stand to have a bar fridge or microwave. Room was clean and staff were great.
