Overall a great experience close to everything and safe. breakfast portions are small but good. The only down side I got the room next to reception and you could hear when people where leaving and any conversation going on near by I could hear cars driving by.

The Muuk Hotel has an excellent location, accessible to shopping malls, to Provenza, many restaurants, etc. The service, cleanliness and breakfast was excellent. The room was very spacious and had a small kitchen, fridge and utensils. My only suggestion is more drawers or built in closets and shelves in the bathroom. Overall we had an excellent experience during our stay.

Quaint Hotel and very well located. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Ready to assist and guide you whenever needed. Especially David at the Front Desk was amazing! Helped with transportation and breakfast at checkout. Kudos to David. Worked graveyard shift! Only negative is the first room was a little noisy and you could hear noise from outside and conversations had during the night which woke us up a couple of times. Ps. No iron board was available in the room, maybe upon request?

Poorly designed architecture. It had a huge kitchen and tiny living area that included the bedroom and the living room if you can call it that. There was nowhere to put my clothes, so for three days everything has had to stay in my suitcase. There was no cleaning service. They didn't clean the room until after I checked out. The internet was horrible. It was so bad even the television didn't function properly. I wanted to upgrade but they were all taken. If you do book this place, request for them not to put you in room A02. The staff was friendly and professional. It's a new place but they need to back to the drawing board with the room I was in. I hated it.

OK hotel, ample room however, there was a lack of room service on a daily basis. The bathroom was not practical as there was no place to hang any wet towels or one's toiletries in the shower.
