Just what you expect. Clean, quiet, relaxing. The staff was very helpful. We had no issues with our stay. The cleaning staff did a great job at maintaining our room during our 6 night stay.

A/C not working. It took hours for a technician to arrive and said he fixed the issue but it was very warm all night. Parking terrible and very difficult to get into the hotel. The restaurant manager ( Loic Lavaud) was the best part of the stay. He tried to help with the air conditioner which is not his job but no maintenance available. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful. He allowed us to have a wonderful meal in his restaurant even though we were late arriving due to the maintenance issue. He went above and beyond his duties. He also was helping the front desk person,there were two wedding parties at the hotel with one front desk short staffed. The restaurant manager needs a raise and job security.

After a short walk from the railway station, we reached the hotell. The lobby, hotell restaurant, and, most importantly, our room were allla spatious, beautiful, modern and clean.

The hotel is kind of ourside the city center and has no own parking lots. Instead, you have to use the nearby garage which charges 30 CHF per night. On top, for environmental reasons, the AC is set to a minimum "comfortable" 25 degresse... I was sweating the whole night and didn't sleep good at all. If I would have been aware of these circumstances, I would not have booked this hotel.

Die zentrale Lage ist top. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider vermisste ich eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer, wie es sie in vielen Hotels niedrigerer Klasse vorzufinden gibt. Ebenso war der Kühlschrank defekt und kühlte nicht, was bei den heissen Temperaturen nützlich gewesen wäre. Ansonsten alles ok.

A peine arrivée, on m'a précisé que l'hôtel était en surbooking et qu'il me proposait de me loger ds un autre hôtel de la ville. Ne connaissant pas et aillant fait confiance, même si cela m'embêtait, j'ai dit Ok. Je suis passée d'une réservation d'un hôtel 4 étoiles remplacé par leurs soins pour un hôtel 2 étoiles. Normalement ds une situation identique, on reloge ds un hôtel identique voir mieux, où compensation largement à la hauteur. J'ai eu droit au petit déjeuner gratuit, mais cela ne peut remplacer le lieu ou vous dormez et le prix de la chambre que vous payez.
