Beautiful property, we traveled with family and our puppy who enjoyed running in the garden. Me and my partner stayed in the Exclusive Cabin with a queen bed, our only problem with it was the accesible open shower as it flooded the bathroom every time we used it. Room very clean, linen smelled great and there’s daily housekeeping. Having air conditioning was the greatest thing for the heatwave We went to the Brasserie for dinner. Absolutely delicious local wine, food unfortunately was very expensive for what it was. Staff friendly and approachable, very happy to answer questions and make sure our stay was enjoyable. We really appreciated the shared living room area with board games, in site parking and location (we drove to vineyards and castles). Thank you for a pleasant stay

Nice hotel but some staff issues to be fixed.

Quiet hotel situated in a very peaceful environment. Check in was relatively fast and efficient. We were taken to our room by the receptionist. Our room was situated on the first floor and was well designed and decorated. After a long trip we had a quick swim at the swimming pool and enjoyed it. Coming back to the room we were intrigued by the way the towels were displayed in the bathroom and we thought well that is perhaps the way they do it. We had an excellent diner at the restaurant, each dish of the set menu was just great, the products and cooking methods were great. Service very good. we really enjoyed the evening and definitely recommend this restaurant for its quality of food and service. When we went back to the room, we opened our bed to discover that there was a left over tee-shirt and that the bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed, we then realized why the bathroom towels were not folded but just hanged. I went to the desk and the receptionist was very fast and efficient. He offered us another room but we didnt want to move at 11 pm. So he came with one of his colleague (a young chef) and did the bed and changed the linen. The next day, he advised us that the management had decided to offer our dinner dinner drinks complementary. The check out was very long with a wrong invoice with an extra night added (I had used a hotels reward coupon for a night) and 6 breakfasts. I had to email them my hotels.com invoice to prove the rate and the free night.

Séjour incroyable. Accueil chaleureux, rapide, très professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse, belle vue. Propre Salle de bien spacieuse Litérie spacieuse et très confortable. Espaces extérieurs très beaux. Piscine couverte/découverte chauffée de dimensions adaptées. Ce serait encore plus agréable si on pouvait avoir des parasols. Petit déjeuner copieux, bons horaires. Le restaurant La Closerie : serveurs à l'affut du moindre besoin, avec anticipation. Diner EXCEPTIONNEL !!! On a la "fausse » sensation qu'on a des petites portions : finalement copieux, original, produits de qualité , au gout exceptionnel ..; Et quoi dire de la "soupe de fraises" !! ❤️ Soins détente-massageproposés par Fabienne en chambre "incroyables" ...une VRAIE MAGICIENNE !!! Seul petit point " à améliorer" : la qualité un peu juste du wifi Personnel au petits soins , cadre de rêve , un excellent travail d’équipe et de management !! MERCI pour ce agréable séjour!!
