Don’t waist your time or money.

Do not waist your time with this place. We got there and there was no one at reception. We tried to call and call and waited and waited. In the end we just left Then when we tried to get a refund they denied us a refund and told us they had camera footage of staff at the reception. The lie and lie. Worst costumes service ever.

Yes the hotel has been around for a while needs a good repaint to bring it up to scratch, floor tiles need to be looked at, time has taken its toll on white tiles. it doesn't need to be done straight away you can do a room at a time.

Convenience at a reasonable price.

It was only one night, and it was perfectly adequate. Beds on Castors on a tiled floor are very dangerous. They need rubber grips underneath. Somebody could have a nasty fall, very basic, but very comfortable. They reasonably priced.

チェックインの時間はいつでも可能ですが、セーフティーボックスの中に鍵を入れられていて、あらかじめ教えてもらった番号を入力して鍵を取り出す様式でした。なかに違う人の鍵が何個か入っていて怖いなと思いました。また外で電話している人の声などはかなり聞こえてきました。ベッドが何故かキャスター付き？で寝返りするだけで動くので若干寝心地は悪かったです。清潔感はありました！チェックインもチェックアウトもレセプションが開いていない時間だったのでサービスについては分かりません。チェックアウトはポストに投函で終わりで楽でした。

Room was neat and clean, for an aged property. Was value for money. Not a lot of food outlets available in close proximity. Beds felt clean and comfortable, which is the main reason for stay.

How wotif could allow families to rent this place is beyond the pale. This place was essentially a halfway house for meth heads. We witnesses drug dealing and usage in the car park. The place continually smelt of burning drugs. Allowing this place to be called a resort is a disgrace. The photos on the website did not represent the actual place.

Very convenient for one night before flight out of Cairns. Noisy (train at the back) and dirty (used soap and shampoo tube left in shower). The place is very dated but as I said, cheap and nasty for quick stay before a flight out.

Worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. The photos do not represent what the actual hotel is like. Very run down and dirty. I actually cleaned the floors with baby wipes on arrival as they were filthy. Squashed lollies all under one of the beds, dirty coffee cups, toliet was leaking, room smelt of cigarettes, walls dirty, double bed mattress on a queen size bed, ceiling fan covered in dust, spa didnt work, pool and garden surroundings dirty, advertised as laundry facility but no dryer and one rusted dirty washing machine sitting in the middle of the floor which was covered in water. My daughter was sick in our bed so asked for a change of bed linen but was only given 2 sheets and no mattress protector due to not having anymore available, staff didn't acknowledge us at all during our stay.....couldn't wait to get out of there, what an absolute waste of money
