The rooms are really nice and the location is amazing. Very walkable to major areas like Times Square and Central Park. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Serafina, the Italian restaurant was delicious and had outdoor dining.

Staff was great, especially Eddie the doorman. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay; from assistance with luggage, transportation, and recommendations in the area. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be staying here again for future visits. Location allows for easy transportation.

Small rooms but well maintained; reasonable nightly price; good in-house restaurant. Staff appears less courteous; wears no smile; doesn't appear welcoming, but... You know... NYC...ha!!! Btw, good location.

It was close walking distance to central park and other sites. About average hotel experience. I wouldn't stay here again. No fridge in the room, ice is kind of a pain to get. Noisy area. Convenient grocery store nearby.

4/10 Fair

The pillow cases and towels had stains on them like they’re not properly bleaching or stain removing after a towel gets dirty. The room was shabby and there were spots of the floor where it felt like they carpeted over some loose unevenly stacked plywood that sank when you stepped there. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Friendly staff, and clean room.
Verified review

6/10 Good

My room had a stench that progressively got worse throughout my stay, it was bothersome but not enough to go through a room change hassle. It’s definitely on the thrifty end but it’s a solid option for the area and price. The gym pass was fantastic and it’s a mere 5 min away. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed breakfast menu, staff very friendly and helpful rooms were very clean and I had no complaints during my stay
Verified review

6/10 Good

This is a great location, and the rooms are small but functional. There was a bunch of construction going on, so not everything was open which was disappointing. Overall, the location is the best part of this facility.

10/10 Exceptional

The location was really good. We liked being close to the various Broadway and Times Square attractions without being right in the business of Times Square. Prosecco hour at the Rickey was an unexpected perk, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay at the dream for a girls weekend. We got a complimentary upgrade to share the same floor. Rooms are a good size for NYC and the price. The only downfall was the rooftop not being open but we had a wonderful time at the other restaurants! Our cleaning lady was beyond wonderful and polite!
