This place is awesome!

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful and well kept place. The breakfast they serve is simply amazing! Also, the food is the restaurant was delicious. The customer service was also very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok.

My kids and I stayed here for a week! The place was spotless, the beds comfortable and clean! The breakfast was amazing with so many options. But best of all was the staff. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. They can book excursions for you, offer advice, call you a cab or tuk tuk. As a first timer in in a foreign country with kids, they helped me so much with where to go and what to see, how to get there, what to be careful of in the city…we will go back to Bangkok literally just to stay here!

Cannot fault the hotel and staff but location is far from ideal as nearest mrt is a long walk away. Used grab, tuk tuk and local buses (great if you're heading to mrt as they can understand but language barrier when heading back). Also walked to a lot of places nearby like khaosan road and golden mount. Handy laundrette (very cheap) and 7 eleven a few mins away. Room rates were cheap but compromised by the location. Not an issue as a solo traveller but may bother others.

Me and my partner stayed here for a layover in Bangkok which was good since it was close to many of the main attractions we wanted to visit. Adding on to that the hotel was really nice, clean and the room spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was also really friendly. We would definitely stay here again of we go back ro Bangkok.

This is an excellent hotel from the moment you step in the front door and have your heavy bags ushered away. The customer service is better than anywhere I have been - you don't get this quality in the UK, especially for the price you have to pay. We were only there for one night and wish we could have stayed longer.
