It’s a clean Hotel-Boutique in a great location with friendly staff, but the real highlight was the spacious room with comfortable beds. I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast options, but it helped to at least have something in my stomach before starting the day. The lady who helped with check-in also arranged a shuttle to the airport for the next morning (for an additional charge),which was another plus.

The property is in great condition. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provided oxygen bottle and medication to help with altitude sickness. The yard is beautiful. The only issue was it took too long to get hot water for shower.

I really enjoyed my stay here, got a great price on a suite and everything was clean and tidy. Staff couldn't have been more attentive. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price. There is some road noise but is relatively quiet for Cusco, bit of a dirty drain smell in the bathroom too but not overbearing. May well book a couple more nights to end my stay!

Good but needs some work

It is a beautiful building but really needs some work on a few key issues 1. Internet upstairs in our room was terrible. 2. Shower leaked 3. Room was cold, I know it's Cusco but even so. 4. Staff were friendly but really need some additional training. 5. Room skylight needs a curtain On the plus side 1. Water pressure was good 2. Great location 3. Good breakfast 4. Lovely decoration

There is no heat. The property was around 4 degrees beginning at around 6pm. There is no insulation, it is noisy, in construction. The first bathroom you had to back into and it had a strong odour.The pillows were aabout 2 cm A very unpleasant stay. I was very disappointed in expedia for giving it 5 stars. I am considering not using expedia following this experience and our experience of getting the money back. I thought expedia would take more responsibility.

Ótima localização em uma rua tranquila próxima à Plaza de Armas. Funcionários atenciosos. O quarto era bem amplo e com camas confortáveis. Tivemos problemas com a água do chuveiro que às vezes ficava fria repentinamente e com um vazamento no box do banheiro, mas no geral a estadia foi boa.
