The location was great. However, there seems to be little pride in terms of ownership. The balcony/patio area had nails protruding from the floorboards. The divider separating the neighboring balcony area was broken. These are two complaints from previous guests noted in their reviews and still left unresolved. An iron and ironing board was listed as an amenity but was not present. There was a crack in the plastic lining of the shower. The pool was extremely dirty and unkept. There were some unsightly coffee stains on the furniture but nothing too serious. The only reason this property is receiving two stars is because of its location/immediate access to the beach and reasonable price point. This property has potential but I would not stay here again.

Il a fallut chercher la vue mer, étant au rez-de-chaussée, il n'y avait pas de vue mer. De plus, bien que le condo soit propre et bien aménagé, l'état de celui-ci laisse à désirer (chasse d'eau non fonctionnel, fermeture de la porte fermer calée avec un morceau de bois. Terrasse hors d'usage et complément destroy, voire même dangereuse (vis et clous qui dépasse des lattes cassées), piscine d'un autre temps. Quand vous payez 180€/nuit, vous étés en droit d'avoir un minimum de confort, ce qui n'est absolument pas le cas icitte. De plus la communication avec les "gérants" de ce truc est plus que difficile. Cependant, l'emplacement est chouette, juste à côté de la plage.

NOT READY TO BE RENTED

Property is REALLY showing its age; a lot of deferred maintenance on the outside. While the inside has been updated, the front deck is unusable, with popping boards, rusty nails, peeling paint and a railing that is falling apart. Check-in was easy, but upon arrival on a 50-degree day, the heat had not been turned on and with no central heat and only one heating unit in the back of the unit, it took a while for the place to warm up. Then found that there was NO HOT WATER (this was in issue for the entire stay) and the property manager was at first responsive, but then went radio silent after the initial contact. Turns out that the breakers had been turned off, but even after that, it took several minutes of running the water for hot water to get into the unit (3 minutes +). Other little things: no face cloths in bathroom, no liquid dish soap, too many throw pillows (who needs 8 pillows in a small living room), the bed is quite high so anyone with mobility issues would have a problem (and I am 5' 10" and it still was too tall), and on our last day, we left the unit to go to beach (before check out time) and came back to a lock-out, so we were out in the rain for 10 minutes on the phone getting a lock re-set.

This property is absolutely phenomenal me and my wife had a bad experience at another hotel it was terribly awful and we left took a chance on this place and it turned out to be awesome the owner called us right back and took care of all of our needs the place is extremely clean quiet just a short walk to the beach and just very comfortable the cool thing was everyday we found something new in the condo tucked away and hidden just for are needs. If you want to get away and relax and not worry about anything come to this place. I will be booking again
