It's such a perfect accommodation! There's a comfortable bed and a spacious, clean bathroom. Cool water was in the refrigerator What was surprising was that I felt treated with personal coffee capsules, machine, and kettle. It was good to use a laptop comfortably because there was a lot of public space. However, one thing that is unfortunate is that it says the non-smoking area. However, I don't know if anyone is continuing to smoke or has smoked before, but it was a little hard. Because the smell of cigarettes in the room continued Other than that, there are large supermarket, bus stops, and tram stops nearby. Also, there is a cooking academy where you can make pastel de nata right across the street. There's the Belem on a 20-minute walk and it's all good!

If you are only looking for a place to stay for one night, this might be suitable. However, for a longer and more comfortable stay, I would not recommend it. The property is extremely noisy, which makes it difficult to rest properly. In addition, what you see in the photos does not truly reflect the reality. The overall condition and atmosphere are quite different from what is presented online. There is also no regular cleaning service. I stayed for 20 days and my room was cleaned only once during the entire period. For a short stay, it may be acceptable. However, for anyone planning a longer visit and expecting basic comfort, cleanliness and accurate presentation, this may not be the right choice.

The area was central and we liked it with affordable Bolt rides to everywhere we wanted to go. The floors made a ton of noise just walking on them and the walls seemed paper thin. The hotel is also in a flight path from the airport which we got use to. The room was cute and as described and the value for money was there.

Good and practical place to stay.

Good location. The room is clean and has the essential amenities (clean towels, shampoo, soap, bottled water). There is no daily room cleaning service though (which is ok). It would be better if there is an in-house/in-building trash disposal area where residents can take trash/recyclables to and also extra trash bags in-suite. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Great location for where I needed to be -convention centre. Clean, comfy beds. There was only one negative but this was a huge deal for me. Every creak in the building could be heard. By 6.30 am, I could hear all the doors banging, floorboards above my room…, just could not sleep in. May be better if you’re in the top floor. It’s a lovely old building but the floors need to be fixed.

Out of the way place, rock hard bed

The hotel is far from anything touristy in the city. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance but they clearly are not used to non-Portuguese customers. The room itself was nice. It was nice to have a separate sitting area. The bed in the bedroom was rock hard. After the first night I slept on the couch. After the second night we moved to a different hotel for the remainder of the trip.

Very “quirky “ property. Large open lounge areas on the main floor open , but not sure I could use them. As if they were frozen in time. Room was clean and adequate. Bed very comfortable , AC good. Cleaning staff helpful !!! Bus line and shops close by. neighborhood was a local flavour , no not the downtown tourist scene , which is a plus for me. Walkable down to Jerónimos monastery and museums.
