Very convenient place, which is super close to Rossio where there is a train station. Super convenient for checking in/out, as it's human-contact-free. I arrived late and could just pick up the key. The room is clean. The only downsides (which don't bother me but are good to know for other travellers) are - - the sound insulation is pretty bad. if you happen to have a loud neighbor, it'll be horrible. - no matter how much I aired out the humidity in the bathroom, there was a smell in the bathroom after a whole day keeping the bathroom door shut.

One has to climb a hill to get to the hotel. Note that, if you are carrying big luggage or having disabilities. Short walking distance from a subway station that takes you to the city center or the airport. Walking distance from the city center. Lidl just around the corner. City noises can be heard to the room. So if you are a light sleeper, maybe this is not the place for you. Earplugs are offered. Check-in is easy and you can do it anytime, it doesn't have to be done before 9pm, like the profile says. Profile states that there is airconditioning, that is why we chose this place. Yes, there was a machine in the room, but it can't be used by the visitor. In the summer time, the airconditioners' temperature is set to +25 degrees, so the room was warmer than the air outside (+20 degrees). And because hotel is in city center, having the balcony door open for the entire night to cool it down, is not an option (noise and bugs come in). We could barely sleep due to the high temperature in the room (got up to 28 degrees, while we were "home".)

It was a clean, quiet and cozy room we stayed in for 6 nights. It was a walking distance to metro, supermarket and restaurants. However, it would be great if we could have a basic appliance such as an electric kettle for tea/ coffee, so we could start the day and end our evening more pleasantly without being have to go shopping for it every single time we needed one.

Very nice appartment with everything in it. Two fridges and two toilets/showers! The garden was nice and it was calm. Very close to Lidl, where we bought our breakfast and sometimes dinner. Close to the Metro and restaurants. It was easy to get in contact with the hotel when we had questions, they replied very quickly. We had a really Lovely Stay! 💕

Quirky decor. I liked the welcome wine and snack. Located in a reasonably convenient area of town, this is a cross between a hotel and hostel. I liked the fact that there was a private bathroom but also a shared kitchen. The bathroom smelt a bit and could have been cleaner but generally, it was ok and for the price, I would stay there again.
