Definition of a hidden gem. It’s located deep in the rural area but I didn’t mind at all. The hotel is truly beautiful and great hospitality. We booked last minute and even those changes they were able to accommodate us with everything that we needed. They truly do treat you like family, make sure you are ok, they even go out of their way to provide you with anything that you ask that might not be in the hotel. Oh, and that view! Just priceless! I loved our experience and I’m looking forward to coming back!

This hotel is a gem near the pyramid of Giza, staff Yousef & Adul was amazingly friendly. Although this hotel is near the local entrance(sphinx), Yousef suggested I go to the main gate instead for the shuttle bus service. This made my journey to the pyramid a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Adul also offer to take me out for local dinner. The total experience was good, room’s clean and the balcony view of the pyramid was awesome!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and quiet this hotel was. The pyramids view from our room and the rooftop restaurant was absolutely breathtaking. We want to give a special shout out to Ahmed at the reception he was so helpful and attentive, and truly made our stay feel comfortable and unforgeable. We decided to extend our stay for another two nights to enjoy the pyramids view as much as we could.

If I could give it more than 5 stars review I would. The hospitality was amazing specially Hemeda, ahdam and bilal. They were super caring, they took care of everything the stay and the tours and transportation with a very affordable prices, they didn’t let anything bother us, they made us feel like we are home. I recommended this hotel for my family and friends. Ofcourse I will come back again for this specific hotel for amazing staff and hospitality

I was initially disappointed that a message I sent via Hotels.com went unanswered, but any concern disappeared upon arrival. The reception staff were fantastic - courteous, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay. A special mention to Yusef (forgive the spelling), who handled my 5 AM check-in smoothly and even dealt with an aggressive taxi driver demanding extra payment. Another staff member, whose name I didn’t catch, was just as kind. On my departure morning, he even had a takeaway breakfast prepared for me without my asking - a really thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable, with a stunning view of the Pyramids. The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit unreliable; though that’s hardly a problem these days with data SIMs. Overall, an excellent stay — exceptional staff and an unbeatable view. Highly recommend.

People at Pyramid Land hotel were extremely helpful going out of their way to accommodate and serve. I had pleasant time at the hotel the only down point is the area around the hotel when we first reached the sight of cattles, livestock donkeys reduced me to tears. I had to trust the process moved on with the flow next day we were served good breakfast and hospitality cannot be faulted. Hemad assisted me throughout the travel due to language barrier negotiating things Id give the hotel staff a rating of 5 but area around isnt quite the best.

The pyramids land hotel provided us with amazing service and beautiful view of the pyramid. The owners couldn’t do enough for us which was really helpful and they were very kind. We would say that the facilities could do with some improvement, for example the WiFi is really slow so would recommend getting a SIM card if you want to use your phone. The area around the hotel is the place that the horses and donkeys all stay so it doesn’t smell amazing and the people that own them aren’t very nice to them. There is a lot of rubbish on the street but that is the same with most streets so we think it happens everywhere.
