I was denied parking for a second vehicle due to “capacity limits,” yet later observed multiple empty spaces. Additionally, my partner and I (two women traveling together) felt our relationship status drew unnecessary scrutiny, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
While the property has potential, these issues—particularly inconsistent policies and a lack of inclusivity—need to be addressed. I hope management takes steps to ensure future guests feel respected and welcomed.
