This hotel is a great deal for the price. Great location where it is very safe to walk anywhere along Newport boulevard and go to the Newport Mall and all the restaurants and casinos and everything else that you would need to do. The pool could be updated a little bit with new deck boards and the rooms could be updated a little bit, but overall it's a great deal for the price

Broken cabinet doors, presence of bugs, rusty stove tops, dirty dish drain, no tea towels, missing cutlery etc However, location is convenient to NAIA T3 and close to restaurants and cafes at Newport City Will consider staying again for its location but in a different and better maintained unit.

I really have to commend the Staff. They are both professional and courteous. I have stay at the Alps Condo twice now, once for a month and the second time foe a week. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here again in the future. A special thanks to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Peach, who made my stay unforgettable.

Remind the right address to my taxi driver from Terminal 3, he dropped me off at different building. However assistance came within few minutes and brought me to my room. It was quiet area with comfortable air conditioner. So it is comfortable just to spend a night where I checked out at 7AM. 😆

It is a standard studio, but great value for the price. Ms Peach very helpful on our arrival even though we arrived late. Good for a 1 or 2 night stop

Good location very near to Terminal 3 and easy transportation to Resort WorldI. Free shuttle bus to Resort World. a free shuttle bus and bus stop is right infront of the Condo Bldg However the broken curtains and unfinished wall paper decorations were disappointing.the unit needs better maintenance.
