We absolutely loved our syay at Umi tulum. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they even upgraded our room to a beautiful beach front room ! Breakfasts each morning were delicious and cooked to order. The d.j sets at 2pm each day were a great vibe. We feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful property.

This hotel is spectacular. When we were there, it was a little bit quiet, but that was perfect because we had a lot of one-on-one attention from the staff and they really took extra care to make sure that we were very comfortable. We loved everything about this property, best staff. Communicated through Whatsapp and in person, i was informed about everything happening at the hotel. The hotel staff shared recommendations for example local restaurants around the hotel and even downtown. Some of the staff shared their favorite lagoons in the area too. The rooms were spacious and the common grounds was always clean. Food and drinks was delicious, we enjoyed the breakfast and the fresh ceviche.
